Sara Kupzyk, Ph.D. Assistant Professor, Munroe-Meyer Institute

Sarah Kupzyk is a licensed psychologist and a board certified behavior analyst. As an assistant professor, she provides outpatient services, teaches and conducts research. She also teaches a graduate-level practicum course for students enrolled in the school psychology program at the University of Nebraska Omaha. Students conduct academic evaluations, develop intervention programs, and collaborate with parents and teachers to implement the intervention.

Kupzuk’s current research interests include treatment integrity assessment and intervention, early literacy development in diverse populations and early intervention for children with emotional and behavioral problems. She completed her master's degree in the Department of Applied Behavioral Science at the University of Kansas in 2006 and graduated from the school psychology doctoral program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012. Kupzyk completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral experience at the Munroe-Meyer Institute.
