Natalie Koziol, Ph.D. Research Assistant Professor, Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools

Natalie Koziol’s research focuses on the evaluation, improvement and novel application of quantitative methods in social science research. She is particularly interested in challenges related to measurement of special populations and populations from low- and middle-income countries, secondary data analysis of large federally funded studies (e.g., Early Childhood Longitudinal Study; Study of Early Child Care and Youth Development; Programme for International Student Assessment; Beginning Postsecondary Students Longitudinal Study), and contextual modeling (e.g., hierarchical linear modeling and spatial regression approaches).

Koziol received her doctorate in psychological studies in education and master’s degree in statistics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
