Nebraska Early Childhood Deaf Education Personnel Upgrade Project (NE-PUP)
This project compliments the Mountain-Prairie Upgrade Partnership in Early Childhood Deaf Education. Funded by the Nebraska Department of Education, the Nebraska Early Childhood Deaf Education Personnel Upgrade Project supports three certified Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) and three Deaf Education teachers in Nebraska for advanced education to enhance their work with young children. The project will result in supplementing teachers' existing professional expertise as ECSE or Deaf Education teachers with interdisciplinary coursework and practica.
