Description

The Autism Care for Toddlers (ACT) Clinic is a community outreach program located in the Autism Center of Nebraska, part of the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Munroe-Meyer Institute in Omaha. The clinic provides early intervention services using applied behavior analysis (ABA), which is the only research-supported treatment for autism spectrum disorders. The clinic offers one-on-one services for toddlers with autism and a caregiver-training program.

Students have the opportunity to be part of the ACT Clinic’s AmeriCorps-funded training program, which provides hands-on experience supporting kids and families. Applications are accepted online: http://bit.ly/AmeriCorps-App
