Get SET Nebraska
Overview
Get SET Nebraska aims to keep special education teachers in the field — across the career continuum and at every level of experience. Get SET Nebraska uses a comprehensive approach — integrating mentorship and professional development — to support special education teachers and administrators across the state.
The Challenge
Creating a sustainable, flexible program that is engaging for special education teachers. A virtual professional development platform with interactive learning modules was created to support the year-long program. Additional materials such as handbooks, presentations, and social media assets were also created.

Branding
The identity is a visual representation of the project’s purpose, which is to support and empower special education teachers. Get SET is a journey that administrators and special education teachers embark on together.
Graphic Design
Various materials have been created for Get SET Nebraska, including training manuals, presentations and recruitment flyers.
Web design & Development
Social Media
A strong social media presence was needed to highlight the growing research program, engage with audiences and recruit participants.
Video Production
Two series of learning modules were developed for participants. Administrators and mentors/mentees each had a comprehensive series of modules and corresponding materials to help guide them through the Get SET process.
