4-H<\/a> is a national youth development program for ages 5\u201318, administered by the National 4-H Council through the Cooperative Extension System. It focuses on hands-on learning in areas like science, agriculture and civic engagement, and uses a positive environment with adult mentors to help young people develop leadership skills.<\/p>\n
