Connecting Research, Practice & Policy

Collaboration among Nebraska’s practice, policy and research communities is essential to solve complex challenges facing children and families and the systems that serve them. Since 2010, the summit has worked to break down silos between these communities by fostering meaningful connections that drive real change.

Since 2010, the CYFS Early Childhood Research Summit has been creating connections among Nebraska’s research, practice and policy communities. It has evolved to meet changing needs and priorities while maintaining a steadfast focus on positively impacting the lives of young children and their families through research.
