As students learn to think like a scientist, a CYFS research team is discovering how to best prepare teachers as they emphasize inquiry over traditional science instruction.

The Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools is now accepting applications for the CYFS Research Fellowship Program. The fellowship program provides an in-house, professional leave for faculty within the College of Education of Human Sciences and supports the continued advancement of research and grant-directed activities. CYFS hosted a 10th anniversary breakfast Nov. 19 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and recognized partners in its mission to enhance the lives of children and families.
